Xi-WARP

If you like deforming an image or photo to make it fun, friendly or just to give it a personal touch you can try a program called Xi-WARP.

And that's because Xi-WARP is a simple program that lets you bend or stretch any image just by drawing the contours - one near where you want to make the change, the other to define the shape you want.

Xi-WARP also lets you repeatedly do this within the same image, and you can also animate the process so the different parts can be warped simultaneously.
